I am working on a chrome Theme extension and I want to know how can I dynamically change the color of the chrome toolbar and the bookmark text depending on the page that is opened?
Is there any way I can do that?

Does anyone know if it is possible to theme chrome apps separately from Chrome itself? The Hangouts app for instance.
I'm sorry, this is really stupid, but how do you use the file you download when you get it? Where do I go?
If you download it using Chrome, it should ask you to install it as soon as it is downloaded.
If not, you can drag and drop the CRX file onto Chrome and it should apply it.
